1. Who we are

These terms are between you and Renoo2 Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales with company number 17160948, registered office 41 St Thomas's Road, Chorley, Lancashire, PR7 1JE ("Renoo2", "we", "us"). You can contact us through the contact page.

2. Your early access space and the £10

• An early access space costs £10 and is for one named adult in one Renoo2 town. Places are released in limited numbers in each town. £10 books your space and is held as a deposit against your first session rather than charged as a separate fee.
• £10 is credited in full to the price of your first session in that town.
• Your place is confirmed when we receive the £10 and you have completed suitability screening. We hold your place for 7 days from the date you submit the form while the £10 is paid.
• £10 comes back to you in full, automatically, if bookings in your town are withdrawn or if suitability screening means a session is best left for now.
• You may ask for your £10 back at any time before you book your first session, for any reason, and we refund it within 14 days of your request. This sits alongside your statutory right to cancel a distance contract within 14 days.
• Your place is personal to you and stays in your name. You may nominate a family member to take it once they have completed screening.

3. The early access rate

• With an early access space your first 4 sessions in your town are £71.25 a session, 25% off the standard rate of £95 (£285 for the 4).
• You may pay for the 4 sessions together or one at a time at £71.25 each. £10 is deducted from the first payment.
• The early access rate applies to sessions booked within 6 months of bookings opening in your town. After your fourth session, standard prices and packages apply.
• Each release of early access places closes in a town when bookings open there or when its places are taken, whichever comes first. Any later release is announced with its own saving.

4. Booking and attending sessions

• Sessions are 90-minute slots at the published host venue and time, and include pressurisation and decompression. Sessions are paid for online at the time of booking.
• Check-in opens 10 minutes before your slot and closes when the chamber begins pressurising. A session missed at that point is treated as a late cancellation.
• The operator's instructions apply throughout, including on what comes into the chamber. The operator may end a session early or decline admission where they consider it necessary for safety.
• Sessions are for adults aged 18 and over.
• Timetables, host venues and block types are set by Renoo2 and may change. We give you as much notice as we can, and if we cancel a booked session you choose an alternative slot or a refund.

5. Screening and safety

• Every customer completes our suitability questionnaire truthfully before their first session and tells us about any change in their health before each later session.
• Some conditions mean a session is best left for now and others need written confirmation from your GP or specialist. Our screening page lists them.
• If you attend with a cold, blocked ears or sinuses, a fever or feeling unwell, we reschedule your session for your safety, free of charge the first time it happens.
• We may decline or end any session where safety is in doubt. Where that follows from information you withheld at screening, that session is charged in full.

6. Packages

• 10-session packages (£750) are valid for 6 months from purchase and may be used in any block in the town where they were bought.
• Packages may be transferred to a family member who has completed screening. Unused sessions are refunded pro rata if we stop operating in your town.

7. Cancellations and refunds

• You may cancel or move a booked session free of charge up to 24 hours before it starts. Later cancellations and missed sessions are charged in full or deducted from your package.
• If we cancel a session, you choose an alternative slot or a full refund of that session.
• Refunds are made to the original payment method within 14 days.
• Your statutory rights, including under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, apply in full alongside these terms.

8. What a Renoo2 session is

Renoo2 sessions are supervised wellness and recovery sessions: supervised pressurised oxygen sessions designed to support recovery and wellbeing, and Renoo2 describes them only as that. They sit outside medical diagnosis and treatment, so decisions about preventing, treating or recovering from any condition or injury belong with you and your clinicians. Everything on our website and everything our staff say is general information rather than medical advice. If you have a health condition or are recovering from an injury or operation, speak to your GP, specialist or physiotherapist before booking and tell us what they advise.

9. Liability

• Our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, and for anything else the law says we are always responsible for, is unlimited.
• Beyond that, we are responsible for foreseeable losses caused by us. Losses that were unforeseeable when you booked, losses caused by your own departure from the operator's instructions or by health information withheld at screening, and business losses sit outside our responsibility.
• Valuables are best left at home. Items left at the venue are at your own risk.

10. General

• Prices include VAT. We may change prices for future bookings, and a price you have already paid stays as paid.
• These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction.
