What we collect and why

Who we share it with
We use trusted suppliers to run Renoo2, and they process your information only on our instructions: Netlify (website hosting and form handling), Stripe (payments), a text messaging service and an email service for launch updates, and a customer relationship system to keep track of bookings and enquiries. Some suppliers process data outside the UK under recognised safeguards such as the UK International Data Transfer Agreement or adequacy decisions. Your information is used for the purposes above and stays away from advertisers and data brokers.
How long we keep it
- Booking and interest details: until your town opens and for 12 months after your last session or contact, or sooner if you ask us to delete them.
- Screening information: for 3 years after your last session, so we have a record of what we knew when we ran it.
- Enquiries: 12 months after we last correspond.
- Payment records: 6 years, as required for tax and accounting.
Marketing messages
Launch updates and offers go only to people who have ticked the box asking for them. Every email has an unsubscribe link, and you can reply STOP to any text message. Your place stays reserved whether or not you receive updates.
Your rights
You can ask for a copy of the information we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, object to or restrict how we use it, withdraw consent at any time, and ask for your data in a portable format. Contact us and we respond within one month. If you are unhappy with how we have handled your information you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk or on 0303 123 1113.
Changes
If we change this notice in a way that matters, we tell you by email and publish the new version here.
