About HBOT

Key Benefits

  • Supports the body’s natural repair and regeneration processes

  • Increases oxygen delivery to tissues to aid recovery and wellbeing

  • Helps reduce inflammation and support overall recovery

  • Non-invasive, comfortable therapy suitable for regular use

  • Used across both high-performance sport and wellness environments

  • Can support energy levels, clarity and overall physical resilience

Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy (HBOT) is a medical treatment that involves breathing pure oxygen in a pressurised chamber. This process significantly increases the amount of oxygen your blood can carry, delivering enhanced oxygen levels to tissues throughout your body.

Under normal conditions, oxygen is transported throughout the body only by red blood cells. With HBOT, oxygen dissolves into all bodily fluids-plasma, cerebrospinal fluid, lymph, and bone-reaching areas where circulation is diminished or blocked.

The increased oxygen availability stimulates the release of growth factors and stem cells, which promote healing. It also helps fight bacteria and stimulates the body's natural immune responses, making it an invaluable tool for recovery and regeneration.

What

is

HBOT?

During a typical HBOT session, you relax in a comfortable pressurised chamber while breathing 100% pure oxygen. The atmospheric pressure inside the chamber is increased to 1.5-3 times normal air pressure, allowing your lungs to gather significantly more oxygen than would be possible breathing pure oxygen at normal air pressure. This oxygen-rich blood then circulates throughout your body, promoting healing and regeneration at the cellular level.

How Does

HBOT Work?
